I am continuing with Mylar, I only wish it was less expensive.
I have been experimenting with different substances on the mylar in addition to paint and ink including water, cleaning sprays, soap and bubbles each creating different effect and expanding my vocabulary within this medium. I am exited and unnerved by this work, it makes me nervous and some what anxious, especially those that do not contain linear drawings. They reference my personal life at the moment, something I generally do not like to share and have never allowed myself to delve into before. The latest works (those at the bottom) are most to the point.
